Washington Redskins: Santana Moss Wants to Be a Redskin

Santana Moss just completed an interview on ESPN980′s Sports Fix hosted by Kevin Sheehan and the Washington Examiner’s Thom Loverro. In the interview Moss refused to pile on quarterback Donovan McNabb and the struggles of the offense saying, “He did the best with what he had. I can’t sit here and point my finger at one person, and I won’t.” But probably the most important thing to come out of the interview is that Moss reiterated what he said in January when his contract was up and that he still wants to be a Redskin.

Washington Redskins S LaRon Landry Is Healed, and Will Be a "New Leader"

There was a painful, cold chill on the Washington Redskins sideline last season.  And it was not because of the losses, as the team finished last in the NFC East with a 6-10 record.  The painful, cold chill was from star safety LaRon Landry, and the pain he felt was not from his broken wrist—in which he sustained three torn ligaments—an injured shoulder or a torn Achilles.  However, the pain Landry felt was from his heart and the reality of not being able to help his teammates to win left a cold chill down his spine.  Now, as the NFL continues its limbo of an offseason due to the lockout, Landry is set for his return for the 2011 season as a healed, new man—or better yet, a better leader for the Burgundy and Gold.
